No ponto 3 do fax, escreve-se isto:

"3. The Minister of the Environment, Eng. Jose Socrates, is considered to be one of the pillars of the PS government and the essence of integrity."

A que alguém acrescentou a nota "confirmed by others".

Alguém viu qualquer destaque a este ponto? E se fosse ao contrário?
